Lumion 11.3.1 is released!

Some of you encountered a few issues in V11.3.0 that our developers have now fixed. If you have downloaded and installed Lumion from your Lumion Account after 26/03/2021, you already have an updated version of Lumion and do not require this update.

Lumion 11.3.1, Lumion 11.3.1 Pro are available today as a free download and update for Lumion 11 users.

Lumion 11.3.1 Trial, Lumion 11.3.1 Pro Trial and Lumion 11.3.1 Pro Student are also available today.

1.2: How do you download Lumion 11.3.1?

• As this is a minor maintenance update, customers with a Lumion 11 License Key will not receive a new email with download instructions.
• Please download and install Lumion via your Lumion Account.
• You can also request a new Getting Started with Lumion email which will include a new direct download link. Please follow the instructions below:

1.3: How do you upgrade a Lumion 1 through to 10 License Key to version 11?

Note that V11.3.1 is an update.  The above applies only to when you are upgrading from an earlier version.

1.4: How do you install Lumion 11.3.1?

• Lumion 11.3.1 is a standalone installation.
• If Lumion 11.3.0 is already installed on your computer, Lumion 11.3.1 will automatically be installed in the same folder.
• Do not install Lumion 11.3.1 in the same folder as an older version of Lumion V11.0.
• You can uninstall earlier versions of Lumion 11.0 once you are happy with Lumion 11.3.1, and want to continue using Lumion 11.3.1.
• Do not uninstall older prior Lumion installations (V10.5 or earlier) until you have transferred your Projects and models (see below).

1.5: How do you transfer old Projects to Lumion 11.3.1?

• Please note that Projects and models saved in version 11.3.1 cannot be opened in Lumion 11.0/11.0.1/11.0.2 and 10.5 and older versions.
