Technical Support during the holiday season
If you need help downloading, installing and running Lumion (in English), please post your Support Request before the 21st of December as the technical support team will be on holiday until the 2nd of January.

Customer Care during the holiday season
If you need help purchasing or upgrading License Keys (in English), please contact our Customer Care team before the 21st of December as the Customer Care team will be on holiday until the 6th of January.
