You get this message when trying to update models in Lumion linked to 3ds Max files.
The error message is unrelated to Lumion.
The 0xc0000409 error code can be caused by misconfigured system files in your Windows operating system.
Although there are some reports similar but related to trying to update Windows, your first option is to check and repair the system files in case they are in error.
Here's how:
1. Run as Administrator the Windows Command Prompt and type in "sfc /scannow" (without the " ") then press the Enter key. It will only run if there are 'elevated' Administrator rights.
See Microsoft support:
This also suggests using Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) first before sfc.
2. After doing that, run the 'chkdsk' command:
Windows Start -> right click -> Run -> type in "chkdsk /f".
This will get Windows to check (and fix) disk errors next time there is a PC boot. Note, this can be used for both SSD and other drive types and it involves no health risks for your hardware.
3. Then reboot the PC and test again if the error persists. If it does, then get support by clicking on the Contact Us button:
